following restrictions and limitations apply to our 21 day refund policy:
- Refund not valid for
administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name
purchases.
- Refunds are not provide
for renewal of services or domains. i.e. you paid for 1 month and then
renewed the service (the second or additional months would not be
eligible for a refund)
- Refunds for orders of
less than $1.00 are not eligible.
- Packages paid for with
cash, check, money order, or bank wire transfers are not eligible for
a refund.
